Howard Edward Haller, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Haller, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Realty Capital Advisors, Inc., and has been since it’s founding.  He has thirty years experience in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Development and Commercial Real Estate Finance.  He has personally been responsible for negotiating, approving, or brokering billions of dollars in real estate loans during in his career.  He regularly speaks to audiences of real estate developers, real estate investors, corporate real estate managers, and major organizations like the International Conference of Shopping Centers, Builder Industry Association Conferences and Chapter meetings. He was selected to present a major paper at the 2006 International Leadership Association Conference in Chicago, based in part on his Doctoral dissertation. Mr. Haller is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in CA, ID & WA. He has personally been responsible for negotiating, structuring, approving, or brokering over $1.25 Billion in real estate loans.  He has held an active Calif. General Contractors License for nearly 20 years; and holds an active Calif. Engineering Contractors License.

 

Neville Pearson, Executive Vice-President

Neville, a resident of Palm Springs, with the primary responsibility of opening a branch office, and growing the company’s business, in the Coachella Valley. Neville also works closely with the CEO on all major funding projects nationwide. As the company’s Executive Vice President, Neville further broadens the executive team’s extensive capabilities. Originally from Yorkshire, England, Mr. Pearson offers over 30 years of financial and operational management experience with leading global corporations and private companies. Neville has worked in the fields of Construction, Real Estate Development and Portfolio Management since 1978. Prior to joining American Realty Capital Advisors, Neville served as Chief Financial Officer for Foxx Homes of Palm Desert a renowned custom home builder, and prior to that held the same position at The Ehline Company and The Burnett Companies.
